Multi-platinum rapper Yeat has unveiled the music video for “Naked,” a standout track from his new double album ADL (A Dangerous Lyfe / A Dangerous Love).
The self-directed video stars Bronx rapper Ice Spice and features a surreal concept, showing a miniature Yeat serenading a full-size Ice Spice from precarious spots—“dangling from her shoe or perched on her hand.” Produced by Keinemusik’s Rampa, the track highlights Yeat’s signature sound through an intimate lens.
ADL marks Yeat’s most cinematic project to date, spanning eight years of musical evolution and featuring contributions from Elton John, Grimes, NBA YoungBoy, and returning collaborators Don Toliver, Joji, and Julia Wolf. Earlier this year, Yeat made headlines with creative stunts, such as a prosthetic arm display in New York taxis and hosting Twizz City Night at a Portland Trail Blazers game. In March, he became the first rapper to release official album box sets and CDs with Nike and followed with “Let King Tonka Talk” featuring Kylie Jenner, a headline performance at ComplexCon Hong Kong, and a feature in The New York Times.
Yeat will support ADL with his upcoming The LOVE/LYFE Tour. The North American run launches July 17 in Minneapolis, with stops in major cities including Chicago, Toronto, New York, Boston, Atlanta, Houston, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, concluding August 18 in San Diego. Select dates will feature special guests Slayr and BNYX.
